Under the authority of section 520 and Appendix 1 of the Personnel Administrative Procedures, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to

1) Appoint / reappoint the following individuals to the Bargaining Unit Classification Appeal Board for the terms indicated, effective immediately:

Government Members

i) Mr. Barry Day, Transportation and Works (Re-appointment – 2 years)

ii) Ms. Cindy Hussey, Transportation and Works (Re-appointment – 2 years)

iii) Mr. William Noftall, Finance (Re-appointment – 2 years)

Health Care Members

iv) Mr. Bernie Staples, Western Health Authority (Re-appointment – 2 years)

v) Ms. Marsha Hiscock, Eastern Health Authority (Re-appointment – 2 years)

vi) Ms. Joan Decker, Eastern Health Authority (Re-appointment – 2 years)

vii) Ms. Denise May, Western Health Authority (Appointment – 1 year)

viii) Mr. Mark Gill, Central Health Authority (Appointment – 1 year), and
