Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funds up to a maximum of $93,000 against its budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 to facilitate the award of a contractwith Stewart Group Inspection and Analysis Ltd. for the analysis of Voisey’s Bay concentrate samples for the period April 1, 2012, to March 31, 2016.
