Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Patrick McDonald as the Assistant Deputy Minister (Marketing and Development) of the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture on an acting basis, effective June 18, 2012 until January 31, 2013, or until the return of the permanent incumbent if prior to January 31, 2013, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1450 point scale of the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, for the duration of this assignment.
