Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $2,784,200 for 2013-14 and $2,867,700 for 2014-15 to facilitate the award of a contract to Labrador Marine Inc. for the provision of freight services to the North Coast of Labrador.
