Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding up to the amount of $4,206,800 against its 2014-15 budgetary appropriations to facilitate the award of a contract to Brook Construction (2007) Inc. for the rebuild of William Gillett Academy.
