Under the authority of section 7 of the House of Assembly Accountability, Integrity and Administration Act and upon nomination by Resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sandra Barnes, by Commission under the Great Seal, to the position of Clerk of the House of Assembly, effective July 2, 2012, with Ms. Barnes to maintain Deputy Minister status at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
