Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint WilliamMacKenzie as Senior Advisor “Deputy Minister Equivalent” to the Minister of Service NL to work on the development of regulations pertaining to procurement, effective July 2, 2012, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
