Under the authority of section 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation to ensure that the Corporation files a General Rate Application with the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities by July 16, 2012. OC2011-388 is hereby rescinded.
