Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funding of $200,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2013-14 to facilitate the awarding of a contract to manage the process of bringing the Julienne Lake iron ore deposit to market, and to assist in negotiating terms of disposal.  (Revised on July 6, 2012)
