Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize theOffice of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations as follows: $162,000 in 2013-14, and $50,000 in each of 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 to facilitate the awarding of the contract to implement and support a Laboratory Information Management System for the Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
