Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 5(1) of the Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint / re-appoint the following persons to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Liquor Corporation, each for a term of three years, effective one week following the date of the Order in Council:
 Appointments:
1) Ms. Andrea Marshall, Vice-Chairperson, St. John’s;
2) Ms. Marjorie Gaulton, Member, Norris Arm;
3) Mr. Dick McCrate, Member, St. John’s;
4) Deputy Minister of Finance, Member; and

 Re-appointment:
 5) Mr. Glenn Tobin, Chairperson, Marystown.
