Under the Authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 15,546 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Health and Community Services from 66458 Newfoundland and Labrador Inc. located at Belvedere Lane, St. John’s for a further term of 14 months and 16 days up to and including January 31, 2014 under the same terms and conditions as the original lease agreement and at an increased rental rate of $27.00 per square foot ($419,742.00 per annum, exclusive of HST).
