Under the Authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 8,250 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Environment and Conservation from 10259 Newfoundland Inc. located at 33 Reid’s Lane, Deer Lake for a further term up to and including April 30, 2013 under the same terms, conditions and rental rate of $16.80 per square foot ($138,600.00 per annum, exclusive of HST) as the original lease agreement.
