Under the authority of sections 57 and 58 of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint and appoint the following individuals as members of the Mental Health Care and Treatment Review Board, each for a three year term, effective immediately:

1) Ms. Sandra M. Burke (Chair), member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador;

2) Ms. Judy A. White, member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador;

3) Moyra Buchan, public interest representative;

Appointments

4) Dr. Teodoro O. Rosales, physician.
