Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr.James Evansas Chief Executive Officer, Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, in the Department of Natural Resources, effective July 10, 2012, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016. (Revoked by OC2016-165)
