Under the authority of section 3(2)(j) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services to issue a Request for Proposals for implementation of a $500,000 promotional campaign, conducted in two phases over two years, to attract foster parents.
