Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize an amendment to British Confectionery Company Limited’s Economic Diversification and Growth Enterprises contract #1018 to:

i) include former employees of a related company who were involved in the collation, cutting and packaging of flatstock from August 20, 1999 to March 9, 2009, and;

ii) change the company name which currently appears on the contract as British Confectionary Co. Ltd. to the proper legal name of the company, British Confectionery Company Limited.
