Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Advanced Education and Skills, or designate, and the Minister for Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs, or designate, to sign, in accordance with section 10 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador to Extend the Memorandum of Understanding on the Off-Campus Work Permit Program for International Students with Citizenship and Immigration Canada, substantially as set forth in Annex A of the Minister’s Submission, subject to final review by Department of Advanced Education and Skills, Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs Secretariat and Department of Justice.
