Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 261 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby directs that:

1) Municipal elections in the towns of Duntara, Little Bay and Salvage be held on the Tuesday which next falls 35 days from the date of the Order in Council; and,

2) The appointments of the Administrators for each of the Towns of Duntara, Little Bay and Salvage are revoked effective, in the case of each town, on the swearing in or affirming into office of a quorum of elected councillors for that town.
