Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 5,038 square feet of office space occupied by the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, Regional Office, from Frog Pond Holdings Limited, located in the Charles R. Bell Building, 81 Kenmount Road, St. John's, NL, for a five (5) year nine (9) month period, with an option to renew for a further term up to five (5) years, from July 1, 2012 to March 31, 2018 at a rental rate of $114,463.36 per annum ($22.72/sq ft) exclusive of HST.
