Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Brian Miller as Assistant Deputy Minister (Client Services) with the Human Resource Secretariat, Executive Council, effective immediately, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Mr. Miller’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
