Under the authority of subsection 114(4) of the Canada Pension Plan, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to signify the consent of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador to the enactment of Part 1 of An Act to amend the Canada Pension Plan, the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board Act and the Income Tax Act, S.C. 2016, c. 14.
