Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, effective February 22, 2017, with four branches as follows:
 a) Corporate Services and Policy;
 b) Post-Secondary Education;
 c) Regional Services Delivery; and
 d) Workforce Development, Labour and Immigration.
