Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the Department of Children, Seniors and Social Development, effective February 22, 2017, with three branches as follows:
 a) Child and Youth Services;
 b) Corporate Services and Performance Improvement; and
 c) Policy and Programs.
