Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the Department of Finance, effective February 22, 2017, with three branches as follows:

 a) Financial Planning and Benefits Administration;
 b) Economic, Fiscal and Statistics; and
 c) Office of the Comptroller General.
