Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Health and Community Services, effective February 22, 2017, with three branches as follows:
 a) Corporate Services;
 b) Policy, Planning and Performance Monitoring; and
 c) Regional Services.
