Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to create the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, effective February 22, 2017, to consist of all of those functions formerly within the Department of Municipal Affairs and the Environment Branch of the Department of Environment and Climate Change, with three branches as follows:
 a) Environment;
 b) Fire, Emergency and Corporate Services; and
 c) Municipal Infrastructure and Support.
