Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the Department of Natural Resources, effective February 22, 2017, with four branches as follows:
 a) Energy Policy;
 b) Mines;
 c) Petroleum Development; and
 d) Royalties and Benefits.
