Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador, effective February 22, 2017, to consist of all of those functions formerly within the Department of Service Newfoundland and Labrador; and the Office of French Services within the Human Resource Secretariat, with two branches as follows:
 a) Regulatory Affairs; and
 b) Government Services.
