Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Dwight William Ball, as Minister for Intergovernmental and Indigenous Affairs, and Minister Responsible for Labrador Affairs, with effect from February 22, 2017.
