Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Perry Trimper, as Minister of Service Newfoundland and Labrador; Minister Responsible for the Government Purchasing Agency; Minister Responsible for WorkplaceNL; Minister Responsible for the Office of Climate Change; and Minister Responsible for Francophone Affairs, with effect from February 22, 2017.
