Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant-Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint Eddie Joyce, as Minister of Municipal Affairs and Environment; Registrar General; and Minister Responsible for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, with effect from February 22, 2017.
