Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tracy King as Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Works, effective February 22, 2017, with salary at Step 14 on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
