 Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Aubrey Gover as Deputy Minister of Indigenous Affairs, effective February 22,2017, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to February 22, 2017, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply and with benefits to include payment of annual practice fees in the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.(Revoked by OC2021-111)
