Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Elizabeth Day as Deputy Clerk of the Executive Council and Associate Secretary to Cabinet, effective February 22, 2017, at her current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
