Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Tony Grace as Assistant Deputy Minister (Enforcement and Resource Services), in the Department of Fisheries and Land Resources, effective February 22, 2017, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of his date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place him, retroactive to February 22, 2017, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which he has been appointed herein, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
