Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Debbie Dunphy as Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services and Policy), in the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, on an acting basis, effective February 22, 2017, with salary at Step 14 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to February 22, 2017, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
