Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Martin Goebel as Assistant Deputy Minister (Environment), in the Department of Municipal Affairs and Environment, effective February 22, 2017, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
