Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Marc Kielley as Assistant Deputy Minister (Regional Development and Diversification), in the Department of Tourism, Industry and Innovation, on an acting basis, effective February 22, 2017, at his current salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
