Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Glenda Power as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet (Communications), on an acting basis, effective July 30, 2012, with salary at step 25 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Power’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
