Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Karen Legge as Assistant Deputy Minister (Corporate Services) with the Department of Education, effective September 6, 2012, with salary at step 13 on the 1312 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with normal step progression and general salary increases to apply.
