Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Julia Mullaley as the Deputy Minister of the Department of Municipal Affairs, effective August 23, 2012, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91?0016.
