Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Sean Dutton as Deputy Minister of the Intergovernmental and Aboriginal Affairs Secretariat, effective September 4, 2012, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
