Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit funds against its budgetary appropriations to provide for the award of a contract to Accela Inc. for the purchase and implementation of a Fisheries and Aquaculture Licensing System as follows: $392,300 in 2013-14, $49,700 in 2014-15, $49,700 in 2015-16 and $49,700 in 2016-17 with funding of $633,100 available in the Office of the Chief Information Officer’s 2012-13 budget for this purpose.
