Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Donna Brewer as Chief Executive Officer of the Labour Relations Agency, effective September 10, 2012, with salary at an appropriate level on the 2136 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Brewer’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
