Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rachelle Cochrane as Deputy Minister responsible for the Office of Government Programs in the Executive Council, effective September 10, 2012, with salary to be set at $153,228 with general salary increases applicable to executive to apply.
