Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Cory Grandy as Assistant Deputy Minister – Works in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective September 17, 2012, with salary at an appropriate level on the 1788 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
