Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Ann Marie Miller as Assistant Deputy Minister – Financial Planning and Benefits Administration (Acting) in the Department of Finance, effective September 10, 2012, with salary at an appropriate step on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification, the outcome of which will not negatively impact Ms. Miller’s current salary, and with any salary increase on the basis of the classification process to be effective as of the date of appointment, where applicable.
