Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Education to pre-commit funding against its budgetary appropriations in the amount of $8,000,000 in 2013/14, $8,000,000 in 2014/15 and $1,500,000 in 2015/16 to facilitate the award of a contract to Baraco Atlantic Corporation for the Redevelopment Construction of Roncalli Elementary.
