Under the authority of section 4(4) of the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary Act, 1992, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Inspector Brian Dowden to the position of Superintendent of the Corner Brook Detachment, Royal Newfoundland Constabulary, effective October 1, 2012.
